Dilip brings a physician’s perspective to multifamily investing—prioritizing careful analysis, downside awareness, and capital protection.
His clinical background informs an evidence-based approach to underwriting and asset management, with a strong emphasis on fiduciary responsibility.

Michael Blank
Advisor
Michael Blank is a multifamily real estate investor, author, and educator with deep experience scaling institutional-quality apartment portfolios. As CEO of Nighthawk Equity, he has controlled approximately $90 million in multifamily assets and raised over $21 million in investor capital.
Michael has advised operators responsible for acquiring more than 7,300 units valued at nearly $330 million and serves as a strategic advisor to Guardian Health Equity Partners.
Paula Nichols

Paula Nichols is a real estate professional with extensive experience in project management, investment analysis, and contract negotiation. She has served as a General Partner on over 400 apartment units across Texas and Oklahoma and as a Limited Partner on nearly 1,000 units
Her background includes overseeing pre-development for more than 800 build-to-rent units in the DFW area, as well as prior experience as a management consultant in the banking and utilities sectors

Tax Strategist
Alex Savage is a Senior Advisor at Hall CPA and a real estate investor with practical experience applying tax strategy to portfolio growth and long-term capital preservation. He has served as Dr. Sidhu’s tax strategist and advisor for the past two years, helping guide a disciplined and tax-efficient approach to structuring and scaling the portfolio.
Alex brings both technical tax expertise and real-world investing insight to Guardian Health Equity Partners, with a focus on entity structure, bookkeeping, tax planning, and preserving capital as the portfolio continues to grow.
